My Favorite Multi Vitamin
Earth Source by Solgar has been my favorite Multi for the last 12 years or so. I have been taking this product pretty religiously since 1998 when I first opened my nutrition store In Shape Nutrition.
The great thing about Earth Source is that it provides whole food concentrates that are easily absorbed by your body. Earth Source does not upset your stomach and you are getting a very high percentage of the listed ingredients assimilated into your body. I also love the added Herbal Blend, Probiotics, Super Greens and Digestive Enzymes.
This is an amazing product and in my opinion the Best Multi on the market from a very trusted brand in Solgar.
